Why I’m Taking My Quilt Patterns on a Virtual Road Trip

...and why you might want to come along for the ride.

Hey there, friend —

If you’ve been following me for a while, you probably know I love a good quilt pattern, a fresh stack of fabric, and a little bit of fun along the way. But this year, I wanted to try something different. Something playful. Something that felt like a creative journey with a big ol’ map and a whole lotta stitching.

So… I packed up my pixelated quilt patterns and hit the (virtual) road.

Introducing: Brooke’s Bitchin’ Road Trip — a multi-month quilting adventure where we’ll be “traveling” through all 50 states, one quilt block at a time.

What is it?

Each stop on the Road Trip features one of my state-inspired pixelated quilt patterns — part of my Home Pattern Quilt Series. Some of them are brand new, others are old favorites, but every single one is designed to be:

• Fast and beginner-friendly

• Super satisfying to finish

• Easy to personalize with your favorite fabrics

• And just plain fun to make

• 
  

I’ll be sharing a new state pattern every other week, along with:

• What inspired the design

• My fabric picks or ideas

• A few fun or quirky facts about that state

• Plus tips to help you confidently start stitching!

  
  

And in between pattern weeks, we’ll take Rest Stops where I’ll share fun side projects I’m working on (because you know I’ve always got a few things going at once!).

Why a Road Trip?

Because quilting is a journey. And sometimes you just need a reason to start something — even if you’re not sure where you’ll end up.

I know how easy it is to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like you “don’t have time” to make something. My goal with this Road Trip is to give you simple, low-pressure projects that spark your creativity and help you fall in love with the process again.

Think of it like a quilt-along… but chill. And a little cheeky.
